This is a personal website for Paulo Fidalgo at https://www.fidalgo.pt.

What this site collects

This site may collect basic technical information that a web server normally receives:

• request path.
• browser details.
• IP-derived metadata.
• timestamps.
• referrer information.

In production, the site also uses privacy-focused analytics for aggregate page traffic. I use that to see which pages are visited and whether the site is working as expected.

Contact form

If you submit the contact form, the site stores the details you provide:

• name.
• reply email.
• company, if provided.
• message.
• user agent.
• referrer.
• hashed IP address.

This is used only to review and respond to the message.

If you use LinkedIn, GitHub, or download the vCard, those actions happen through the relevant service or your own device.

What this site does not do

This site does not sell personal data, run advertising profiles, or collect payment details.

Retention

Operational logs and analytics data are kept only as long as needed for site reliability, debugging, and basic traffic understanding.
